At Ahdookeh Fashion, every piece is carefully created with attention to detail, fit, and craftsmanship. Because most of our outfits are custom-made or produced in limited quantities, we encourage clients to carefully review the policy below before placing an order.
Alteration Policy
We are committed to ensuring your outfit fits beautifully.
Complimentary Alteration
Each outfit qualifies for one complimentary alteration if the request is made within 5 working days of receiving your order.
What the Complimentary Alteration Covers
The complimentary alteration applies only to minor fit adjustments, including:
- Slight waist adjustments
- Minor sleeve corrections
- Length refinements
- Small fit modifications
Additional Alterations
Any alteration requests beyond the complimentary one, or major redesign adjustments, will attract additional charges.
Delivery for Alterations
- Clients are responsible for delivery/shipping costs for alteration requests.
- If the alteration issue resulted from an error on our end, Ahdookeh Fashion will cover all delivery expenses involved.
Return & Replacement Policy
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and production process, we do not offer refunds on any order.
Eligible Replacements
Replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The outfit has a major defect or production fault.
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or videos).
Condition for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- The outfit must remain in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be intact
Requests made outside the stated timeframe will not be accepted.
Measurement Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements during order placement.
We strongly advise double-checking all submitted measurements before confirmation, as Ahdookeh Fashion will not be responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the client.
Fabric & Color Variation Notice
Please note that slight variations in:
- Fabric texture
- Color tone
- Prints or patterns
may occur due to lighting, screen displays, dye batches, or fabric availability. These minor differences do not qualify as defects.
